Palau-based wildlife photographer Mandy T. Etpison unveiled in December her latest collection of more than 950 photographs taken in Palau over the course of 30 years. Etpison said the book, entitled “30 Years Palau,” was created to celebrate Palau Pacific Resort, one of the oldest institutions in the island nation and Neco Marine, one of Palau’s premier dive shops. The photographs range from aerial views of Palau to photos of the traditional culture to snapshots of rare birds and marine life from underwater and near shore. The book is being marketed for tourists visiting Palau.
