Forbidden Island Lookout in Kagman, a popular site for tourists, received a new fence and other improvements in April. The project was funded by the Marianas Visitors Authority and constructed by AA Construction. The Saipan Mayor’s Office completed work on the road and provided materials for the renovation and the Division of Parks and Grounds provided trash collecting services.
