Stellar Marianas, Saipan’s nonprofit pageant and talent group, will combine two major pageants into one show this July. The 2016 Miss Marianas and 2016 Miss Marianas Teen Pageants will be together on stage for the first time. Stellar Marianas has begun its search for eligible candidates, and young women are encouraged to apply as participation is limited.
