Latte Built, a veteran-owned fitness and nutrition center in Oleai, Saipan, held a launch party on Nov. 11 that featured DJs, break dancers, a mixed martial arts sparring exhibition and free t-shirts for new members who signed up at the party. Latte Built is a 9,000 square foot training facility that offers one-on-one individual training, group training and group classes, as well as online training and counseling. Latte Built has also entered into collaborations with other local businesses. Examples include two clothing companies — Tribe Marianas and Roil Soil Clothing Co. — which produce an exclusive line of gym wear to be sold only at Latte Built, and the Shack Saipan restaurant that will offer a meal preparation service designed by Latte Built co-owner Derek Cutting.
