On Guam, breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day, it is the best one — that is if you know where to go and what to order. Every drive to work presents a choice of bakeries, mom-and-pop stores and drive-throughs with the island’s favorite grab-and-go breakfast items. But with Eggs ‘n Things, Eat Street Grill and IHOP all having been added to Guam’s breakfast plate over the past two years,  the sit-down breakfast scene on Guam is diversifying, allowing the first meal of the day to be served rather than scavenged. Here are several sweet and savory breakfast diners along with the dishes most taste bud approved among their regulars.
