CNMI Next Top Chef crowned

Laxmi Shrestha, owner of Everest Kitchen, won $1,000 and the title of CNMI Next Top Chef 2017 during the competition held at the Fiesta Resort & Spa Saipan on Nov. 11. The event, created as both a fundraiser and a platform for the Hotel Association of the Northern Marianas to highlight the culinary arts, earned $20,000 in proceeds for the Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation.
