In that case, advertiser will be billed for production costs of $35 per hour for typesetting and layout plus any other related charges.

Materials needed for camera ready ads:
Acceptable programs for camera ready ads on disk:
• Adobe Illustrator 5.0 -10 — All supporting files must be included. Picture(s) resolution is 300 dpi (B&W or Colored).
All fonts must be converted to outline. Save file as eps.
• Photoshop 3.5 - CS2 — Files must be in CMYK. Save as tiff or eps files. Resolution is 300 dpi
• Adobe Indesign CS2 — All elements and all fonts must be converted to outline. Pictures included should be 300 dpi, CMYK files.
• Quark Express 6 — All elements and all fonts used in the ad must be included. Pictures should be 300 dpi, CMYK files.
NOTE: NO MICROSOFT WORD AD AND PUBLISHER PROGRAM ACCEPTED.
Bleeds
There is an extra charge of 10% for bleeds. Bleed insertions only will be accepted for full page units or larger.
Spreads
Advertisers using facing pages as a spread may extend ads to the centerfold line of each side. The alignment of the type or design
and precision of folding in all copies may vary.
Special Positions
15% additional for pages 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7; 10% premium for all other requested positions.
